A team prepared for one important task
For sales leaders and team managers
3 hours · Up to 8 learners
Practice a difficult buyer questionWhen this helps
We build the session around a situation your team needs to handle. Participants work through exercises, compare their responses and leave with a reusable checklist. Your manager receives a plan for trying the task back at work.
What you receive
Materials and tools designed around the people who will use them.
A sponsor brief establishes the learner group, selected commercial task and what participants will practice.
A teaching deck, workbook, two applied exercises and answer guidance connect the explanation to an actual task.
A three-hour session for up to eight people includes guided practice, discussion and breaks.
A one-page plan identifies a small workplace trial, who will lead it and what to review afterward.
Your team receives the agreed editable materials, read-only copies and a checklist for continued use.
Planning the engagement
This is a focused engagement. Your proposal confirms deliverables, your team's involvement, the schedule and fee before work begins.
Explain an approved offering, check the source behind a draft, or route a commercial question to the correct expert. Pick one task for the session.
A sponsor joins a 30-minute planning conversation and confirms the task and approved demonstration materials. Learners attend the session; your manager owns any later workplace trial.
Remote delivery is the starting format. Travel, extra customization, recording and additional sessions need a separate scope. Implementation, technical engineering advice, certification and ongoing support are not included.
Learners attempt the task and discuss what remains difficult. Attendance is not proof of workplace proficiency.
