Meet Stephen

The business problem comes first.

A growth challenge may call for a clearer offer, better customer information, a stronger sales routine or a team ready to use a new system. We start with that need, not a predetermined tool.

Our work connects strategy and marketing leadership with storytelling, customer-facing experiences, sales operations, workflow systems and adoption.

A working partner to your specialists.

We work with the people who know your customers, operations and systems. The engagement brings the relevant research, creative, technical and learning expertise together around a defined scope.

Each engagement has an accountable lead. You know who is involved, what you will receive and how your team will review the work.

What working with Onyx looks like

Start with your priority

Choose the growth priority, customer challenge or workflow that needs attention. We agree what a useful result should look like.

Create it together

We work from approved information, develop the agreed assets or systems and involve your specialists at the right review points.

Make it usable

We test the agreed work, equip the people using it and hand over ownership. Ongoing leadership or support is available under a separate, defined scope.

Nationwide B2B support

Remote-first.
Onsite when useful.

We support the commercial needs of industrial suppliers, equipment businesses and commercial service teams across markets. Remote engagements bring the right people together; on-site work can be discussed as part of the project scope.

Working together

Answers before
the first conversation.

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Each service is a standalone engagement. Start with the customer conversation, team task or handoff that needs attention; we can discuss whether another service would be useful later.

What does a project cost?

You receive a proposal covering deliverables, timing, your team's involvement and the fee before deciding whether to proceed. Software, media, hosting, travel and other outside costs are identified separately when relevant.

How much time will our team need to contribute?

We identify the sponsor, subject experts, users and technical owners needed for the work. Interview, review, access and attendance requirements are agreed in the proposal before the schedule is confirmed.

Will we receive editable materials?

Yes, for the agreed deliverables. The proposal records ownership, permitted reuse and any third-party license limits.

Do we need new software?

Not necessarily. We assess what your existing tools can do first. Automation, integrations or a focused custom application can be scoped when they solve a defined need; they are not automatically included in a smaller starter package.

How do you handle technical accuracy and AI?

We agree the tools, access and permitted data use before work begins. Your authorized experts review technical statements. AI systems include an agreed testing and human-review approach; they do not take over decisions outside the approved scope.

Can we work virtually or onsite?

Both formats can be discussed. Interviews, reviews, demonstrations and many workshops can be virtual. Onsite observation or working sessions are scoped where the physical context adds value, with access, travel and logistics agreed first.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Fractional marketing leadership, revenue operations support and AI adoption support address defined recurring work. We agree responsibilities, capacity and review cadence; ongoing support is not required after every project.
