A clear picture of the current process
A baseline memo documents how the handoff works today, where its boundaries sit and what the team agrees to measure.
Sales-to-Operations Handoffs
Bring structure to one commercial handoff, with shared information, clear responsibilities and an agreed view in an existing tool.

A handoff your team can follow
For commercial and operations leaders
One workflow · Two role groups
What belongs in a commercial handoffWhen this helps
We work with the people on both sides to define the information, owner and next action for one workflow. The result is a shared routine your team can practice and your manager can maintain—not a new software platform to implement.
What you receive
Materials and tools designed around the people who will use them.
A baseline memo documents how the handoff works today, where its boundaries sit and what the team agrees to measure.
Your team can see who acts next, what information they need and where to escalate an exception.
An agreed view in an existing tool brings the selected records, key fields and missing-information checks together.
A playbook explains daily use, review, exceptions and the manual fallback.
Two 60-minute sessions help the people involved work through the routine together.
Two measurement snapshots and a 60-minute manager session support ongoing ownership and identify what still needs attention.
Planning the engagement
This is a focused engagement. Your proposal confirms deliverables, your team's involvement, the schedule and fee before work begins.
One workflow, two role groups and up to five users plus a manager. Records from up to two approved structured sources are organized into one agreed working view. One consolidated revision per deliverable.
Your team provides a process owner, permitted sample records, review time and the people who will maintain the routine. We inspect a sample before agreeing on records, fields, formats and cleanup limits.
Custom software, integrations, autonomous messages, engineering decisions, broad data cleanup and ongoing monitoring are not included.
People should be able to identify the next action, its owner and what happens when information is missing. Business impact requires observation after handoff.
Let’s talk
A clearer offer. A stronger sales process. A team ready to work differently. Start with one priority and a defined next step.
